St Ives Society of Artists December Open

Situated in Norway Square, amongst the narrow streets of former fishermen’s cottages in Virgin Street, Teetotal Street, or Salubrious Place, this big, light, airy gallery was once the main body of the former Mariners Church. 

The Society officially made the church our home in 1945 following the Second World War. 

It currently houses the society’s annual exhibitions of paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolour, of prints from etchings or lino cuts and of woodcarvings and sculptures.

There are three main exhibitions of members work with new submissions for the Spring, Summer and Autumn shows. There are also separate exhibitions by invited artists interleaved between the main exhibitions.

LHA Open Studio Christmas Shop

I will be opening the doors to my art studio cottage for my Christmas shop. This is by invitation and by appointment only, and will be open at certain times during the day. If you are interested to visit, enjoy a glass of mulled wine and minced pies with me please do get in touch. I have now opened my diary and accepting bookings.

This is my favourite time of the year and I would love to connect with other artists, friends and family in my cosy little cottage studio.

Walton Art Club Exhibition 12-14 July

Walton Art Club is having a three day exhibition showcasing our members' beautiful works at the Heart Shopping Centre from 12-14 July in Walton on Thames. This exhibition is in support of Surrey Clubs for Young People, which aim to provide young individuals with greater opportunities in the society. We believe in recognising the potential of our youth and will be dedicating this art exhibition to help our local charities as well as highlighting the efforts and beautiful works of Walton Art Club members.

It has been very positive and all efforts put together to make the event a great success so please tell your friends and families and join us on 12, 13 and 14 July from 9:00 - 5:00 and 10:00 - 5:00 on Sunday. Thank you for being a part of something truly special. Your support is very much appreciated and your presence is valued.
