Images

Every effort has been made to accurately display the artwork's size and color. However, the online image may appear different due to minor variations between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any discrepancies between the represented image and the actual artwork are not considered defects, and slight inconsistencies will not be accepted as valid reasons for return.

Payments

There are various ways to pay for your chosen piece. Paypal, Apple Pay, Clear Pay, Klarna, Link, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Union Pay. I do not store any of your card details.

PayPal, ClearPay and Klarna (0% Interest), the flexibility of paying for purchases that works for you. These installment plans are available on my website and is a transaction between you and the credit facility. Please be aware of the miss payment interest rates when you go over the 3 month threshold limit.

Shipping

I will pack and ship original paintings within 5 working days. In the UK, I use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or a courier, depending on the size and weight of the piece. Most deliveries within the UK arrive within 2 days of shipping, so please allow a total of 7 working days. For overseas shipping I use FEDEX, insured and door to door service. As this service would usually take time I will provide you with a tracking number and send you regular updates. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me first to ensure it can arrive on time. There may be an additional charge for rush deliveries based on your needs.

Collection

If you live near me or you are at one of my art exhibitions or fair you are welcome to collect from me. My art studio is in Walton on Thames. When you checkout for your chosen item online there is an option to collect from artist simply choose that and you will not be charged any delivery cost.

Returns

I want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork, which is why I offer a Buy-Back agreement.

If an original painting does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to reach out to me via email to request a refund. Once we agree on the return, you will be responsible for securely packing and arranging the return delivery using the same service that was used for shipment. Once the artwork has been safely returned, I will process your refund within 14 days.

All prints are custom made to the size you request. Each print is tailored to your specification. Please carefully check the measurement of print you require and I will make sure we are in agreement before I send it off to my giclee printer. I do not hold stock and returns will not be available for this service.

High Value Painting

I understand that this is a significant purchase and a piece I have dedicated a lot of time to. It’s essential for both of us to ensure it is transported safely. Some couriers have restrictions on size or the types of items they will carry, so certain pieces may have specific requirements. These will be outlined in the shipping details for each product listing. For large artworks, shipping costs must be quoted individually, so please reach out to me before making a purchase. I will then follow up via email to discuss specialized shipping options before the artwork is dispatched. If you choose to buy online first to secure the painting, the shipping cost will be billed separately after we agree on the details.

Damaged in Transit

Every item will be wrapped and packed securely. If you received your parcel damaged during transit please get in touch with me immediately with photograph of the packaging and the item within seven days.

Overseas Shipping

I am able to ship to most countries, though delivery times may vary based on your location. If you encounter any shipping restrictions during checkout, a custom courier service will be required. Please feel free to message me with your details and the artwork you are interested in, and I will provide you with available shipping options.

For international shipments (outside the UK), please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply according to the destination country's regulations. Any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer, as I cannot control these fees.
